Cornerstone Energy is supporting a major electric utility in New Hampshire for multiple corridors at locations of state-owned land and jurisdictional water bodies. This ensures that our client can continue to operate and maintain a safe and reliable system.
Our experienced Right-of-Way team performed title research, identified all landowner interests, aligned tax maps with easement descriptions, and worked closely with our client’s legal team to compile license submittals. Throughout the project, our team maintained a tracking database to promote strong communication with our team and our client.
